Plums

At Brecknock Orchard, we grow 2 types of plums. Sugar plums are very sweet and juicy, just pop the entire plum in your mouth to avoid the juice running down your chin, and enjoy their sweetness. Prune plums on the other hand are more firm, and not as sweet as the sugar plum. Prune plums are popular for canning so you can enjoy them after the season of plums is finished.
