Spring Group Tours | April 17 – May 31, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm | By Reservation 

Welcome to our farm to enjoy the Spring season. Experience the farm and learn about blooming fruit trees and plants, pollinators, and how we are preparing the orchard for a bountiful summer and fall harvest.

Wagon Rides In The Orchard

Little Friends Wagon Ride Only 

$7/person

Allow 3/4 hour for a group of 50 guests 

Wagon Ride Orchard Tour – educational and interactive with one of our orchard farmers as your tour guide 

$9/person

Allow 3/4 hour for a group of 50 guests

Learn how we care for fruits and vegetables, walk through the orchard overlook to see the beehives

Wagon Ride Orchard Tours and Little Friends Wagon Ride Only Include:

• A snack of pretzels and apple cider.
• Goody bag, including a coloring book pack of crayons, and fun activities for groups of children under age ten. Groups of children age 11 and older receive a similar bag, with a tablet and pen in place of the coloring book and crayons.
• Picnic area available complimentary with a scheduled tour. Please reserve when scheduling your tour. To reserve the picnic area without a tour is $15 per table per hour.

Make & Take Crafts

$6/person

Allow 30 minutes for a group of 50 to make both crafts

• Make a pinwheel, watch it spin in the breeze, and take home to enjoy all summer
• Plant a seed; take home with instructions on how to care for and watch your plant grow

Combo Package

$12 Little Friends Wagon Ride (not a narrated tour), and Two Make & Take Crafts

$14 Wagon Ride Orchard Tour and Two Make & Take Crafts

Group Leaders:

• One tour leader is free. Additional teachers, parents, and chaperones pay regular rate.
• We will count your group after you are boarded on the wagon and confirm the number of people in your group with your group leader.
• Children under age 2 years are FREE for the Little Friends Wagon Ride & Wagon Ride Orchard Tour.
• Everyone in your group will do the same activities.
• The group leader provides one payment for the entire group with our cashiers in the farm market at the conclusion of your visit. Cash, check, or major credit card are welcome. No personal checks, please.
• Minimum tour fee: $175.00.

Fall Group Tours | September 25 – November 3 | by Reservation Monday – Friday

Orchard Tour with Wagon Ride

(allow 1 hour for a group of 50 guests)

Each person will 

• Enjoy a tractor-drawn, educational wagon ride tour through the orchard.
• Learn how we care for the many fruits and vegetables grown at Brecknock Orchard
• Pick an apple
• Enjoy a snack of apple cider and pretzels
• Take home a goody bag including a coloring book, pack of crayons, info about Brecknock Orchard, and educational worksheets. Groups of guests age 11 and older receive a similar bag, with a tablet and pen.
• Picnic area available complimentary with a scheduled tour. Please reserve when scheduling your tour.

Additional Activities to Add to Your Tour

Pick A Pumpkin (allow 15-30 minutes for a group of 50 guests)

On the tour, we will stop at the pumpkin field and each person may pick one small, 2-5 pound, pumpkin.

Play Area Includes Straw Maze & Rope Maze (allow 30 minutes)

Featuring the tire mountain, swings and slides, tricycle bale trail, pumpkin tic tac toe, apple checkers, the straw maze inside the big barn, play in the corn box, and more outdoor games.

Combo Package – **Most Popular Tour Option** (allow 2 hours)

Includes wagon ride orchard tour, picking an apple, picking a pumpkin, snack, apple bag, and the play area. Combo Package does not include the Make Your Own Caramel Apple.

Make Your Own Caramel Apple (allow 1 minute per person)

Each person will dip a fresh apple in warm caramel, then roll in toppings and place it in a closed container to take home and enjoy. Dipping caramel may sound sticky for young children, however, our helpful staff will assist your group, keeping it easy and enjoyable. Twenty apple minimum to make caramel apples. This activity is not included in the tour minimum or any combo package.

• Everyone in your group will do the same activities.
• We will count your group after you are boarded on the wagon and confirm the number of people in your group with your tour coordinator.
• The group coordinator must be prepared to pay for your group in full with any of our cashiers in the farm market at the conclusion of your visit. Credit cards and cash are welcome; no personal checks.
• Children under age 2 years are FREE for the wagon ride orchard tour and the play area.
• The minimum tour fee for all activities is $175.00. MYO Caramel Apples are not included in the tour minimum.
