Damaged Items: We package your order with the best care. If any items are damaged during transit e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly assist you with a refund. Please include a photo of the damaged item(s), a photo of the box the item(s) arrived in, and the tracking number. Do not consume any products if the glass jar is broken or cracked. We will immediately ship a replacement item(s) or a complete refund, including shipping costs, will be issued within five (5) business days to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.
Shipping Policy: We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and Unites States Postal Service (USPS) in the continental US only. If a shipping service is not selected the best shipping method will be determined. Orders received by 11am will be shipped the same day whenever possible. Orders received after 11am will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday. Fresh fruit will only be shipped on Monday or Tuesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. Fresh fruit orders West of the Mississippi River will always be shipped UPS 3 Day Express Service or USPS Priority Mail. Due to state laws, fresh fruit cannot be shipped to California or Arizona. Fresh fruit will always be shipped separate from orders.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and a refund will be issued or placed on back order.
