1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
Directions
1. Melt butter and put in a 9×13 glass pan.
2. Beat flour, eggs, milk, oregano, and salt until smooth.
3. Put in a pan.
4. Top with:
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
2 cups peeled, shredded zucchini
1 cup hamburger, browned (1/2 lb)
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup (4 oz.) mushrooms
30 slices pepperoni
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Bake at 400*F until crust is golden and puffy, about 30 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
