4 Gala or Pink Lady Apples, cored and cut in quarters
4 cups (12 oz) Cranberries
2 Bosc Pears, cored and cut in quarters
1 ½ cups white sugar, sweeten to your taste
Optional: Add 1 cup of chopped pecans
1. In a food processor or blender on low speed, chop fruit. Place in a bowl.
2. Stir in sugar
3. Chill and allow to sit for 8 to 12 hours before serving.
4. Serves 10 – 12 people
