Fruit Crisp Mix

MAKES TWO 9″ CRISPS WITH PEACHES, CHERRIES, BLUEBERRIES OR OTHER FRUIT

DIRECTIONS TO MAKE ONE 9″ CRISP: Preheat oven to 375° F. Blend together 1 1/4 cup mix and 4 Tablespoons melted butter/margarine. Spread 3 cups of fresh or frozen fruit of your choice (mix with up to a 1/4 cup of sugar to taste) in a buttered 9″ pie dish & topped with crumbly mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with icecream or whipped topping.
